Plastic on the front cover is slightly bent at the top. My name is written in Sharpie on the disc and inside the case. Sticker label on disc from Video Thunder.
Comes with photo insert/chapter titles card. The number 24 is written on the card in Sharpie.
Large crack on the side labeled "Standard". I don't know if that means the Standard version doesn't work, or if the Widescreen version (labeled on the opposite side) is damaged, but I know for a fact the movie does play.
